HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

- In-Stock Items: Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
- Handmade Bags Collection: As our bags are carefully handcrafted, please allow an additional week for production before shipping.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, standard shipping typically takes 9-13 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as customs processing and local delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Doodledookey, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the distance and inconvenience of international shipping, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges, except in the case of a quality issue.
Quality Issues:
If there is a problem with the quality of your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. You can email us at info@doodledookey.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
Handmade Bags Collection:
Please note that for our handmade bags, due to the bespoke nature of the products, we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States and Canada.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE ANY ORDER?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at info@doodledookey.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders.We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
